What health care do rabbits need?

If you’re planning on adopting a rabbit, be sure to get it checked out by the vet at least once per year. They can easily contract infectious diseases or illnesses from their environment which would make them very sick in turn!

With so many parasites running around as well it’s important for treatment purposes too; though most rabbits will just need some flea prevention drugs along with an occasional vaccine against myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD).
